I would like to upload some pics of my pup, but my each pic is too large. Does anyone know a way to make the size smaller? Thank you.

I know, Duh, I just can't figure out how to upload my pics to the board. My avatar either.

There is a "Manage Attachments" button just below the Message box when you create a post. That will allow you to include pictures within a post itself. You can also signup for a build-a-website account (see link at top of board). That facility will allow you to upload pictures and optionally build a website. You can display pictures from your account directly within threads or reply-posts.

For the avatar, use the "User CP" link at top of board.

A lot of the software that comes with digital cameras will resize photos. Here I use paintshop pro. You can get a 60 day trial of the software from their website. You can also scan a picture and direct it to a email attachment and that should meet the server requirements. I just wish someone would publish photo handling software designed for the average home user.
