Therapy Dogs: what kind of training needed?

What kind of personality does your dog need to become a therapy dog? I am really interested in Riley becoming one. What kinds of classes does she need to be in, in order to become a certified therapy dog?? Thanks for your help. :woofpup

Hello Riley Puppy! I would suggest checking out Delta Society. There, they have a list of things that your dog needs to know before it can be certified. It also discribes the attitude that a therapy dog should have. I also strongly suggest that you put your puppy in puppy preschool. Hope this helps!
