Pet organizer help?

I have a question about the "pet organizer" feature... I am not quite sure how the logs are supposed to work. Are you supposed to create one log for each type and then put all the data in there, or one log for each "event"? For example I am doing one to track Ginger's weight. When I want to add a new entry say if she gained a few pounds, do I click on "add new log record" and make another log each time her weight changes, or do I click "edit" and add all the new weights into the log I already created?
Basically I am not sure if all the entries go into one log or if each log is for a separate entry...

Yes. You would create another log record within that log when the weight changes. In your scenairo, if you only edit the existing record, then you would lose the history. Get it? ;)

Ok I think I get it... So I choose "add new log record" when I weigh her again, right?
