Jakob my 12y/o has had a nasty bug for almost 9 days now. It comes, it goes. He spikes a temp one day and it's gone for a few. He has a runny nose, sore throat and headache and just feels icky. We thought it was going away, but no it's still here so tomorrow he goes to the doc. Through this whole thing he's had a shadow. And that is Sandy. She won't let him out of her sight. She sleeps on the couch with him during the day and leaves long enough to go out, eat, do her business and she's hopping at the back door right away to come back where she climbs back up on whatever furniture he is on. If he sits where she doesn't fit (she will try regardless) then she goes and lays on the couch and just stares at him. We have found though he must stay in the living room. Cause his top bunk on the bunkbed just drives her nuts cause she can't get at him up there. She's totally devoted to her boy. Funny thing is once he goes to sleep she's ours again.
