I kept this site in my favorites for a while now. It's good information. And yes, if you are able to buy this in stead of whole green tripe, please do!
Even as it is commercial, I would definately give this in stead of kibble.
They even have a pancreas version especially for dogs with pancreas insufficiency. :029
Beef Pancreas
Freshly frozen beef pancreas is offered as an alternative to treating dogs with pancreatic problems. Pancreas, frozen, has a shelf life of only 3 months. We get the pancreas fresh only when we have orders for it. We immediately cut it up and package it in 2lb bags and then freeze it. We guarantee the freshness of our product. This product is only available in 2lb. rolls.
2lb. rolls are $1.85/lb. ($3.70 per roll)

Okay !! Daisy is off kibble now completely, again. I just can't do it anymore.
How much of this tripe should she get each week?
I don't think I'll get the kind with the organ meat since she already has organ meat in her ostrich. I'm curious about that trachea product on the site, she might enjoy chewing that up :)
Thanks, Sandra :003

You could go for these ones:
Green Tripe with Trachea & Gullet (ground)
Bovine trachea and gullet are the natural source for chondroitin sulfate. Bovine tracheal cartilage has also shown success in helping to isolate cancers, tumors and other diseases by preventing thier growth and spread. The fresh raw trachea and gullet are ground in with the tripe. This is an excellent product for all dogs, especially breeds known for hip/joint problems.
XKALIBER: Green Tripe, Muscle Meat, Heart, Tongue, Trachea/Gullet and Ground Bone
This product is best for younger dogs and serious working dogs. It helps build muscle and stamina.
My boys regular eat cow gullets and trachea. They love it!
The trachea on the Green tripe site is very bald, no muscle meat at all. You could provide this, but give also a meal of muscle meat before.
I do not know how much RMB-meals you give your Daisy.
But the rolls are complete and whatever you want to give besides this, should exist out of muscle meat and bones sources that are not in the rolls. For example you could give 4 RMB meals and 3 rolls per week, or 4 rolls and 3 RMB meals per week. Whatever you think that suits you.
The raw cow hooves I do not give my boys. I rather give muscle meat bones, because I'm afraid of choking though it's softer then the dehydrated ones.
If you want to give the 'special treats', my experience with DEHYDRATED GREEN TRIPE are very good.
I have a very large back full of these treats.
Of all organs, in the raw meat diet it is OK to provide more tripe and count this under muscle meat. For example giving 3 times a week whole green tripe is fine, if the rest of the diet is variated. Your choice could be the 2 rolls above. These kinds are good for every dog, not only working dogs. :)
